First appointment (60 minutes)

The first session gives me the chance to get to know a bit about you and about why you are wanting hypnotherapy in more detail. We will complete all necessary paperwork before having your first hypnotherapy session.

I do not like suggesting clients book in for further sessions preferring it to be down to you as to whether you feel you would benefit a further session(s). This way there is no element of pressure.
Subsequent appointments
