Why Choose Counselling?

A counsellor's job is to help you work through events, thoughts and feelings that are impacting your life. These may be all jumbled in your head and not making sense or they may be weighing so heavy on you that they are preventing you from enjoying life. As someone who is not personally involved in your life a counsellor will be non-judgemental and have you and your well being at the center of their mind

Pluralistic Counselling

There are many different styles of counselling and therapists often train in one style -

Person Centred, Cognitive Behaviour Thearapy (GBT), Psycho-dynamic, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt Therapy.

Redefining you counsellors are trained Pluralistically. This means that they have training in all of the different styles which enables them to draw on elements from all of the therapies to create tailor-maid sessions that are best suited for you

Support not judegement or telling you what to do

Counselling is an amazing tool to discover things about yourself that you have been curious about or even parts that you were too scared to face alone. Counselling provides a safe space free of judgement or worries of upsetting someone, something you can sometimes feel when talking to a friend or a family member. It is an investment into yourself, a space to meet your needs, to realise what you want in life, to work through things you have previously blocked or things that have happened where you have had very little control.

Redefining You wants to help you to become the person you want to be.
